"Sticks & Stones" This mixed media piece was inspired by prehistoric pictographs. Sticks are treated & screwed on to a Hydrastone base and then I paint and stain the base with local, prehistoric pictograph imagery. Notice the "Pocket" with sticks and stones in it. mixed media 24 in x 42 in "Sticks & Stones" Inspired by Australian Aboriginal rock art, this wall sculpture shows a burial scene on the right with the relatives surrounding the deceased. I love the raw, primitive icons. This one, again, has a mix of painting work plus etched "Petroglyphs". mixed media 24 in x 36 in "Sticks & Stones" This Navaho type pictograph inspired imagery shows a mother giving birth to child.  mixed media 24 in x 36 in "Sticks & Stones" This is a more abstract type of piece with raised, cast icons onto a hydrastone base.
