Spanish Mission Murals These murals were commissioned for the Lexus Dealership in Santa Monica, California, The theme is California Mission style painted in a trompe l'oeil fashion. After gathering many photos of missions in the US and Mexico,  I came up with these designs. The mural ideas were heavily  influenced by the mission in San Juan Capistrano in Southern California which I found to be the most beautiful.      Left side                                                     Right side At Lexus Dealership     installing the canvas & mudding the edges to merge with wall  I softly blend the mural into the wall and add bougainvillea onto the walls for a more 3-d effect LESSON ON THIS MURAL BEING PAINTED...
