Trompe L'oeil
Trompe L'oeil is a French term which means "Trick the Eye". It is the use
of painting techniques that create the illusion of 3-dimensions to fool the mind of the observer. It goes back as far as the
Greek and Roman empire and further. This is one of the most fun techniques...because of the delight of the viewer.
