Venetian Plaster Stunning design, movement and rich character  comes with Venetian Plaster. Available in a broad range of colors, Venetian Plaster is never boring. Polished plaster is a very old & extremely stable Italian discovery used in palaces & high-end dwellings for centuries. It is made of magnesium slaked lime putty, binders and most importantly pure CARRERA MARBLE. It  has been made the same way for generations in Italy because nothing better has yet been found. This material is the most ancient building binder even before the discovery of cement.  Its natural color when mined is pure white,  and consisting of LIME means its resistant to mold & biological attacks especially with a wax overcoat.       The wall above has red Venetian Plaster troweled on followed by hand painted bamboo bordering the bed, half moon in Venetian Plaster of various colors and a matching stencil pattern on top of wall and below half moon. Over this a wax was buffed to a high luster. A type of plaster called "Marmarino"       Marmarino waxed wall treatment with hand-painted window accent & stained wax wall treatment.
